Refund policy

Requesting a return

To request a return, contact infiniteflowvault@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Our products are fulfilled by supplier partners. We coordinate return requests with the supplier and confirm eligibility, return instructions, and the return address before you send anything back. Please wait for these instructions before shipping an item.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Contact us as soon as you notice an issue. Include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the item and packaging so we can work with the supplier to resolve it.

Refunds

We will notify you of the outcome of your return request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Order changes and cancellations

Email us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check with the supplier; changes and cancellations may no longer be possible once processing or shipment has begun.
